Rustique by Absolute Online Ordering Platform
1. Introduction
Welcome to Rustique by Absolute's online ordering platform ("the Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Ordering & Payment
2.1 Orders placed through the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance by Rustique by Absolute.
2.2 All prices are in Brunei Dollars (BND) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payments must be made at the time of ordering via the available payment methods on the Platform.
2.4 Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless stated otherwise.
3. Pickup & Delivery
3.1 Orders must be collected within the specified pickup time from our café location.
3.2 If you fail to collect your order within the designated time, Rustique by Absolute reserves the right to dispose of the order without a refund.
3.3 Delivery services are subject to delivery partner terms and conditions.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Refunds will only be issued in cases of incorrect or missing items, subject to verification.
4.2 If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase.
4.3 Rustique by Absolute reserves the right to refuse refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or late pickups.
5. User Accounts
5.1 You may be required to create an account to place orders on the Platform.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5.3 Rustique by Absolute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
